Pricella and I have known each other for a good 10+ years. Before she graduated from high school, she asked me to take some photos of her for her pageant entry. It was one of my first portrait sessions. I was so nervous.
Thinking back at our session, it definitely brings back so many memories. But, never would I have imagined that in 10+ years’ time, I would end up being Pricella’s wedding photographer! You cannot believe how honored I was to be asked! I literally cried!
A unique at-home experience …
Pricella decided on an at-home lifestyle session instead of a formal engagement session. Having just gotten back from Taiwan not too long ago – and doing an extremely long studio session there – they wanted instead, an intimate lifestyle session. They wanted to highlight their cozy home and how much they enjoyed life together.
A run-down home to a stylish pad
Near the beginning of this year, the house underwent a full remodel. Being a professional interior decorator, everything ended up exactly as Pricella envisioned. She wanted a design that screamed modern, clean, cozy and chic. And it was exactly that! She did an amazing job designing.

I wanted to create a unique session that reflected them as a couple. Jacob loves being at home and cooking. I also wanted to document their sweet home – which Pricella worked so hard to design.
