I am so excited to share this Los Penasquitos Reserve rustic engagement portrait session! It was definitely one for the books! The weather was perfect – still warm for a winter, but it was warm enough for Marissa to style a beautiful light yellow spaghetti strapped dress!
During an epidemic… a Los Penasquitos Reserve rustic engagement sesssion
Throughout the pandemic, Marissa and I had many chances to talk. Not only that, we even shared a couple of cups of coffee and meals together! We realized how much we enjoyed each other’s conversation. And from the time we’ve spent, and the relationship we’ve built, I think the photos definitely reflects it!
That’s what I love about my work – building relationships and showing the true beauty of each person! I strongly believe that in order to get genuine moments, you need to know your clients! Not only do you need to know your clients, but they need to trust you and be comfortable with you! How? She was sooo comfortable in front of the camera and how much fun she had can be seen by how flawlessly she looked in all the photos!
The pandemic has hit us all very hard! But, like someone once said to me, love is not canceled! And this session definitely showed that love! Not only that, but what better time to have an excuse to go out in the wide-open and get a breath of fresh air! With no one around, Marissa and David were able to enjoy the beauty surrounding them! It definitely made this Los Penasquitos Reserve rustic engagement session a complete success!
I honestly can’t wait to see her married! It’s going to be sooo beautiful and I look forward to having her in front of the camera again! She’s going to be smiling sooo much on her wedding day! I can’t wait!
